What I made for Grandma: It’s my Grandmother’s 91st birthday (well, yesterday was the day) but today’s the day I make my humble but sweet offering of some homemade Kumquat Vanilla Marmalade.   My Dad has used this recipe before - following the first set of mini orange goodness blossomed on our small kumquat tree in the back garden.  I knew it was a good one and with the second set of kumquats ripening I guess it’s my Grandma’s good fortune that she’s born around the same time.  Or is it my good fortune that I want to do something nice with these kumquats and that Grandma happens to be a big marmalade fan?
